Unfortunately, we don't provide shipping services at this time. For now, we recommend pre-ordering for our pickup times on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Pickup is available on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. We kindly ask that you pick up your items during these times. Thank you!

Currently, we do not offer delivery services. For now, please visit our pick-up location during our pick-up times.

Lead time is the period between when an order is placed and when it is fulfilled. It includes the time required for processing, production, and preparation for pickup or delivery. A longer lead time means it will take more time for you to receive your order, so it's important to consider this when planning. This means that with our lead time of 3 days, we require at least 3 days between receiving the order and its pick-up.

At the moment, we do not offer gluten-free baked goods. However, we are always looking to expand our menu and hope to include gluten-free options in the future.

Please place your order as soon as you can to secure your desired items. Keep in mind our lead time of 3 days for order processing. Orders are picked up during our windows on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Our pick-up location is at Ahava Baptist Church: 6015 W Farkas Rd. Plant City, FL 33567. We kindly ask that you pick up your items during the designated pick-up times.

Any modifications must be made by contacting us directly at 813-291-4610 or gracie@dogearbakingco.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Modifications within 48 hours of the pick-up time will not be accepted.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% fee.

If you miss your morning pick-up time, you can come by during the afternoon time. If you miss your pick-up time entirely, your items will be donated to a local fire or police station, and you will lose your payment. Please contact us ASAP if any changes occur that would affect your ability to pick up your order.
